OCI Annual Pumpkin Party and Cookout Fundraiser
First 25 children through the door will receive a treat bag!
A $5.00 lunch will be available consisting of a hot dog, chips, and a bottle of water. There will also be a bake sale.
Lots of fun activities for families focusing on kids with a coloring contest, photo booth, and kids games.
Pumpkins are available for decorating for just $3.00.
Please test out your Halloween costumes for fit and function at the party,we would love to see all the ghost, ghouls, witches, fairy’s etc.
Due to the lack of enough interest in the Human Foosball Tournament, it has been cancelled. We appreciate those who took time to get registered. Your entry fee will be refunded.
Okay, folks. If you’re still wanting to enter a team in this tournament, the event coordinator must have your registration form AND $40 entry fee by no later than noon on Wednesday, Oct 19th. If the minimum number of teams needed to hold the tournament is not met, the tournament will be cancelled. DON’T LET THAT HAPPEN.
Due to an unanticipated cost involved with conducting the Human Foosball Tournament, we need EVERY possible registration form delivered to the event coordinator BEFORE 9pm Sunday, Oct 16th. A minimum number of teams need to be registered by that date in order to hold the event. If that number is not met, the tournament may be cancelled, and teams already registered will be issued a refund.
